Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of our projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, as well as design and implement technical solutions. Technical Lead will be responsible to lead the project operations, must be well versed with Managed IT Services Support Model and IT Service Management Standards (ITIL).
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improving our technical capabilities.

- Hands on Experience on Request, Incident, Change and Asset Management.
- Strong understanding and hands of experience on IT Asset Managment (FAR, CMDB) and IT Life Cycle Management.

- Time Management, Conflict Management and SLA Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with full-stack development and proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
