Requirements

As a design lead you are responsible to embody the user behavior and suggest user experience/design to inform a seamless journey through the various Apps, Websites & Internal tools.

• Fluent with design systems & ability to produce seamless UI. Fluent with Figma or similar tools.
• Ability to conduct user research to understand user behavior
• Ability to use data and inform design decisions.
• Basic Excel sheets & ability to work with a data team. SQL skills are a great boost
• Ability to work cross functionally. You'll be working with a lot of stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Demand, Supply & Operations.
• Have worked at a company where you have done product design at atleast 100k MAUs
