Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Strategically manage and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.

• Brand Enhancement: Employ SEO techniques, local advertising, and other creative methods to significantly boost brand awareness.

• Content Generation: Immerse yourself in the daily operations, capturing and disseminating content-worthy company news.

• Communications Management: Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with our brand ethos and addressing the needs of our employees and temporary workforce.

• Blog Development: Regularly write insightful blog posts for our company website that position Optime as thought leaders in the aviation recruitment industry.

• Creative Skills: Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visually compelling content that supports our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Robust management of social media platforms and content creation.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• A proactive, creative approach to marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
