Exverus Media is hiring an Paid Search Specialist to join our team!

At Exverus, we are a growing team located in the heart of Hollywood with a stunning office overlooking Los Angeles and unlimited vacation. Our clients have billions in annual sales and are national industry leaders across packaged goods, fashion, health and entertainment.

We are looking for a killer Paid Search Specialist who has an in-depth knowledge of the SEM and PPC landscape. This position will be the go-to person on all things search related and will manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Bing/Microsoft, Apple, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns. The SEM/PPC Specialist will be up-to-date with all emerging trends and stay current with new advances in the field.

Critical Skills

  • Responsible for day to day SEM, SEO and PPC strategy, management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals and innovations recommended to clients
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Adwords, Amazon, Bing, Doubleclick, and possibly Kenshoo/Skai
  • Become a part of our clients’ marketing teams - manage day to day communication with clients including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy and organic plans
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities
  • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions
  • Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization.
  • Aggregate results and prepare a weekly summary and key learnings.
  • Prepare/present campaign reporting including evolution of all KPIs like media spent, engagements, and granular analysis.
  • Serve as the contact point for questions related to the campaign from client or other agencies involved in the weekly execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing, SA360.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment.
  • Ability to nurture and retain client relationships & understand how Paid Search can feed into wider business goals.
  • Experience of collaborating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, and a flair for storytelling.
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated client relationships.
