This position will be responsible for helping to drive and elevate our Front Store Health and Wellness business by addressing the needs of the customer throughout the omnichannel shopping journey. We are looking for a candidate who can develop strong partnerships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in order to bring initiatives and campaigns to market. This role will also be responsible for understanding key KPIs, gathering and summarizing performance results, and helping to drive future improvements and optimizations.
Lead the execution of marketing tactics across paid, earned, and owned channels, including email, social, online audio, paid search, affiliate, direct mail, and store signage.
Work closely with stakeholders including merchandising, media, creative, analytics, marketing channel experts, and supplier partners to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing materials are on-strategy and meet marketing, brand, clinical, and legal guidelines
Use customer insights, industry trends, business data, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to both drive and grow the Front Store Health and Wellness business
Gather and compile performance results to drive future improvements and optimizations.
Consider the entire omnichannel customer journey as we continue to complement our store sales with an enhanced online experience and key fulfillment capabilities
Required Qualifications 2-3 years or greater of marketing or advertising experience with a focus on retail and digital marketing communications
Preferred Qualifications A customer-first mindset that drives decision-making within the in-store and online customer experience
Highly motivated, self-starter who can thrive in a demanding, performance-driven environment and make thoughtful decisions even when under tight deadlines
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partners
Organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Effective oral and written communication skills that can be used to articulate plans and strategies to a variety of stakeholders
Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and flexibility
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and proficiency in Excel
Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
