Profile Description
Position: Head of Ad operations
Location: Latvia (preferable), Estonia or Lithuania
Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of programmatic and RTB campaigns
- Media planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns within Httpool’s product portfolio
- Preparing reports and key learning form campaigns to advertisers or media agencies;
- Work with sales, account managers and vendors to implement and oversee ad campaigns on site, mobile, app and email products
- Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting
- Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance
- Oversight of high impact calendar and inventory reservation and management
- Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to display publishers
- Setup, traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns in DFP, working with advertisers and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launches
- QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags, flash files, and other advertiser-provided creatives
- Opportunity to develop and build out exciting new Rich Media product offerings for desktop and mobile
- Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers and others via phone, email and web
- Ensuring successful operational execution and optimization of ongoing campaigns based on clients KPI’s,
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HeadOps / AdOps / trafficking Manager position in online advertising, publishing or interactive services working with technologies such as Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP), OpenX, ADTECH, etc.
- Familiarity with Internet programming and debugging; familiarity with common browser-based debugging tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners
- Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environmen
- Knowledge of RTB and programmatic ecosystem
- Experience with Social Ads platforms - Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
Additional Desired Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash
- In-depth knowledge of Google products - Analytics, Adwords, DoubleClick, TagManager
- Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges, implementing passback strategies.
- Strong experience in Internet technologies such as HTTP, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols.
- Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings.
- Strong understanding of basic HTTP headers, including setting and retrieval, cache controls, et
- Working knowledge of Adobe Flash and Photoshop.
- BS or equivalent (computer science, engineering, or related) preferred with a strong academic record
- Excellence in English
