Responsibilities will include

Design and Develop Automations and Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop integrations using the Workato platform, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Embedded Integrations: Create and maintain embedded integrations within our products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers.
Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving existing integrations and workflows, recommending and implementing enhancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with relevant security standards and best practices, including data privacy regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with a focus on Workato and embedded integrations.
Proficiency in Workato or similar iPaaS, including experience with building, managing, and maintaining integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations and automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other integration platforms or tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi). Preference to Workato
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
