As a Key Account Manager at Intergo Telecom, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated sales team, responsible for managing and growing our key accounts. You will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and contribute to the company's success.

What you will be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Developing account plans and strategies in collaboration with the sales team
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any account-related issues
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
