You will help launch Clients Worldwide and lay the first brick in their successful future. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people inside EveryMatrix and know all the ins and outs of this industry. <br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for our Clients during the integration phase; </li> <li>Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues; </li> <li>Provide regular update reports to management as required; </li> <li>Assimilate technical documentation and information to be able to provide technical guidance; </li> <li>Be able to act as a fail-over for other Integration Managers; </li> <li>Ensure that integration requirements are well defined; </li> <li>Ensure that the integration has all necessary approvals before Production (QA, Finance, Compliance and Client sign-offs); </li> <li>Create and improve Integration related processes. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery/ Integration Manager in an IT company; </li> <li>Good understanding of Technical systems and lingo </li> <li>Excellent Project Management skills; </li> <li>Good knowledge of Agile methods; </li> <li>Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly; </li> <li>Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business; </li> <li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams; </li> <li>Ability to get things done under pressure; </li> <li>Experience in Requirements Management desired; </li> <li>Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.</li></ul><p><strong><strong></strong></strong></p><p><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Stay Healthy:</strong> 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Hybrid work schedule</strong>: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Support for New Parents:</strong></li></ul><ul><li>21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.</li><li>4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.</li></ul><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
