Softtek Integration Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support (Part timer) to support our client near Joplin, Missouri. This is a 12 month position, with possible extension.

Helpdesk Support (Part timer)
Onsite Support

Strong Knowledge Windows Front-End Environment (XP, Win7,Win10)
Strong Knowledge Ticketing System Tool (Remedy, Client Service Manager, Service Now, etc.)
Strong Knowledge ITIL Framework (Change, Incident Management, etc.)
Strong Knowledge Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Good Knowledge Networking (Topologies, MPLS, etc.)
Good Knowledge PC Hardware Structure Devices
Basic Knowledge Service Administration Activities
