About the role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven B2B Growth and Insights Analyst with 2 years of experience, preferably in a data-driven department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, and will excel in providing growth-specific insights, building dashboards, and working collaboratively with various teams to drive business decisions and achieve targets.

What You'll do

Data Analysis and Insights:
Provide growth-specific insights through thorough data analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key metrics.
Identify opportunities and bottlenecks through data analysis to drive growth.
Perform A/B testing and experimentation to optimize business strategies.
Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the data team, product, marketing, and B2B functions.
Manage projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Drive improvements in processes within the B2B function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Research and Development:
Conduct research-related tasks to support business growth initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
Proactive and Self-Motivated:
Ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
Self-learner who stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Collaborative Team Player:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solver:
Ability to identify and address business challenges with data-driven solutions.
Creative thinker who can develop innovative strategies to drive growth.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing).
2 years of experience in a data-driven department.
Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
