And it is how we’ll continue to build a safer, smarter and more connected mobility experience for all people.</p><p><strong>What you can expect </strong><span dir="ltr"></span></p><ul><li>Plan and execute vehicle testing (including mechanical, electrical, and functional testing)</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test criteria and specifications for Vehicle Validation</li><li>Develop and implement test plans and procedures for Vehicle Validation</li><li>Prepare HW and SW setup for Vehicle testing, including flashing and parametrizing</li><li>Conduct various tests on vehicles (standstill and on public roads in Romania and abroad) to validate performance, durability, safety, and compliance with regulations<br> -> in collaboration with Function Performance Test Team </li><li>Analyze test results, identify and report issues, propose solutions for improvement.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and consistent results.</li><li>Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders, including management and engineering teams.</li><li>Participate in requirement and design reviews and provide input on validation requirements.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends (e.g. competitors) and regulations related to vehicle validation (e.g. GSR, NCAP)</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.</li><li>Ensure that the project is developed according to Magna quality standards (ASPICE compliant) Support system integration and testing activities</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring </strong><span dir="ltr"></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in vehicle validation or testing, preferably in the automotive industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and integration.</li><li>Proficiency in using test equipment, tools, and software for data acquisition and analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of testing standards and regulations (such as ISO, SAE, and NCAP).</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills to convey test results and recommendations.</li><li>CAN related and Vector tools experience (CANalyzer, CANoe), also SPI, Eth, UDP</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to find solutions to optimize testing effort</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment</li><li>Self-driven and proactive working style</li><li>Willingness to travel (test sessions in Romania and abroad)</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p><strong>What we offer </strong><br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Flexible working hours and remote work</li><li>Health programs, sports and team events</li><li>An extensive training program and exciting internal development opportunities</li><li>Meal allowance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Awareness.
