And it is how we’ll continue to build a safer, smarter and more connected mobility experience for all people.</p><p><strong>What you can expect </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate all aspects of Function Performance Testing (FPT) for the product, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to the project’s requirements</li><li>Define, execute, and deliver KPI test reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting</li><li>Plan and manage the delivery of tooling for: Vehicle data logging, HIL/SIL reprocessing, and Visualization tools</li><li>Define, plan, and execute processes for data annotation, transcoding, and KPI tooling</li><li>Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all FPT topics related to the product/program</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain the function performance test strategy for the product</li><li>Oversee and ensure the delivery of all FPT streams at the program level, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals</li><li>Take ownership of program-level deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication</li></ul><p></p><ul></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring </strong><span dir="ltr"></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in automotive testing, with a proven track record in leading FPT initiatives</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of HIL, SIL, and vehicle testing environments</li><li>Experience in data collection and KPI development within automotive projects</li><li>Excellent understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, SPI, Ethernet) and tools like CANalyzer and CANoe</li><li>Leadership experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple test streams</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward optimizing testing strategies</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality in test execution and reporting</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines</li><li>Willingness to travel, as required, to support on-site testing and collaboration with global teams</li></ul><p><strong></strong><br></p><ul></ul><p><strong>What we offer </strong><br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Flexible working hours and remote work</li><li>Health programs, sports and team events</li><li>An extensive training program and exciting internal development opportunities</li><li>Meal allowance</li></ul><p><strong>Awareness.
