The duties for this job will include, but are not
limited to the following:
* Perform administrative and office support
activities
* Assist in daily operations at checkout area
* Supervise overall cashier functions
* Maintain employee files & time cards
* Data Entry
* General personnel responsibilities (new hire
documents, insurance forms, etc)
* Maintain office supply and forms inventory
* Print signs for sale events
* Answer incoming calls as needed
* Cross train for other duties as required
Experience required:
* Prior experience managing employees and
handling cash
* One to two years experience in a general
clerical or administrative role
* Software skills including Microsoft Office and
Excel
* Comfortable using a computer and cash register
* Ability to multi-task and work well under
pressure
* Efficient organizational and time management
skills
* Excellent written skills
* Ability to work with discretion regarding
confidential information
