The Back Office Operations Specialist establishes and maintains effective working relationships, with internal/external contacts to help keep businesses running smoothly. The position coordinates with Operation staff, Suppliers, Retailers and Sales Managers to identify issues and business needs such as products issues escalations, product provisioning and launches; product and epay’s terminals setup as well as coordinating the return of the epay’s equipment from stores.

Key responsibilities:

·         Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.

·         Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.

·         Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.

·         Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements when needed.

·         Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues.

·         Run reports and document interactions.

·         Forecast stock acquisitions.

·         Place orders with corresponding Suppliers in Australia and New Zealand

·         Handle product activation requests

·         Product rollout support

·         Terminal Support

Requirements

•               Fluent in both English & Spanish required.

•               Problem solving skills.

•               High multitasking abilities and organizational skills

•               Must be process oriented with attention to detail.

•               Self-directed and independent with projects but works as a team player.

•               Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

•               Excellent customer service skills.

•               Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills.

•               Strong work ethic and a high energy level

•               Experienced with Word, Excel (Macros, functions, Pivot Tables), Power Point and Outlook.

Must-haves

  • Minimum required: Formal training program after high school or a Business Administration Degree or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months back-office and/or call centre experience. Executing reports experience is desirable.
