In charge of supporting the team on the day-to-day tasks regarding reports, performance, development, administration and improvement of the monitoring tools.
· Provide on-site support to the NOC engineers to ensure the different tasks are being executed according to the standards, metrics and SLAs established for the department.
· Act as support for complex escalations for product & production issues.
o Lead the team towards accomplishing solid & comprehensible escalations to internal & external parties, well done troubleshooting, excellent problem analysis, etc.
o Enforce the team’s decision making for critical situations impacting the business continuity.
o Make sure the communication between the different shifts is accurate and transparent.
· Create and work performance reports for team members and management.
· Responsible of keeping track of NOC technician’s performance and development plans
o Work with engineers to identify improvement and development areas, provide feedback, set improvement timeframes and facilitate the resources needed to accomplish objectives.
o Schedule and conduct feedback sessions (1 on 1’s) on a regular basis with members of the team.
· Follow up on performance development on a regular basis. Identifying their weaknesses and work with them towards improvement
· Handle NOC technician’s performance reviews and yearly objectives.
o Constants follow up to make sure goals are reachable and accomplished.
· Look constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.
· NOC monitoring tools administration
o Guarantee the NOC team has everything they need in terms of monitoring, to make sure their job is performed the best possible.
o Make sure all monitoring tools are always updated. Bring up and/or develop improvements if needed.

· NOC Senior tasks main responsible
o Monthly patching administration
§ Monthly calendar creation
§ Patching cycles monthly distribution among the different NOC Seniors
§ Ensure all different patching cycles are executed in alignment with the documented standards.
o Monthly SQL reconciliation administration
§ Ensure all reconciliation events are executed in alignment with the documented standards.
§ Ensure all in-scope weekly events are reconciled.
Lead monthly patching & SQL reconciliation procedure walkthroughs with internal & external auditors as needed
Requirements
· Microsoft SQL (Basic queries)
· Microsoft Server
o Basic windows server : 2008 -2022 administration
o Monitoring windows server
o Troubleshooting OS level issues

· Monitoring Solutions
o Solarwinds | Opsgenie | ICINGA | Uptrends | KIBANA /ELK
· Fluent in English (Advanced)
o Ability to communicate effectively over the phone or video conference
o Formal documentation tasks in English is required

Education
· Bachelor’s in computer science, information Technology, or a related discipline
