Responsibilities

 

Catch up of BIR reportorial requirements which include:

1. Manual Books of Accounts Updating – writing the transactions of the newly registered books to current transactions both Manila and Cebu, as applicable
2. Writing in the Invoices/Issuances – catch up with the completion of invoices to be manually accomplished for all transactions
3. Filing of documents – catch up document filings for 2024 in preparation for 2024 interim audit

 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or any related business course,
• Minimum of 3 to 3.5 months internship (lower/higher than that won't be entertained)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be willing to work on-site as required by his/her superior

• 10:00AM-7:00PM PHT Monday to Friday
• Hybrid Setup
