Job Title:  ARNP/PA

Department:  Cardiology APRN 

Reports to:  Supervising Physician & Director/Associate Director of Physician Offices

Job Summary: Need an experienced cardiac APRN, prefer Electrophysiology knowledge  helpful but not required. Exhibit excellent communication skills and clinical decision making. Be willing to work one weekend a month. Work in both office and hospital setting alongside supervising physician, Electrophysiologist/Cardiologist.

Keys to Success in this Role:

• Evaluate patients and treat health conditions
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Enter charges
• Assist supervising provider with completion of tasks
• Assist in call rotation
• Ensure tasks, labs, and diagnostics have been reviewed and addressed as needed
• Attend all required meetings/conferences

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Normal physical ability
• Above average concentration and high level complexity of decision making
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Tolerance to stressful situations

Occupational Exposure:

• High risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed and Board Certified ARNP or Physician Assistant with the State of Florida
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
• Must be willing to travel between the Tampa and Wesley Chapel locations
• Two years of experience required
