Job Responsibilities:
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in any field
● at least 1 year of experience working in a business process outsourcing environment, preferably supporting customers
● a willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
● adaptable and resilient operating in a quickly changing environment
● willingness to identify process improvement opportunities and share these with team leaders / manager
● professional, assertive, and efficient communication skills.
● experience with and competent in communicating with customers with varying cultural background and level of understanding of cryptocurrency.
● experience in handling customer escalations on the spot.
● multi-tasking skill is a must.
● fast internet connection (5mpbs broadband internet connection)
