Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st - 3rd line support to our fantastic team.
- Be a point of escalation for customer facing teams.
- Lead and help to define technical improvement projects.
- Create and maintain technical and user facing documentation.
- Maintaining our suite of SaaS applications.
- Onboarding new SaaS applications.
- Working closely with stakeholders on technical improvements.
- User onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintaining asset register.
- Implementing new technologies.
- Working closely with the wider technology team and keeping up to date with internal projects and changes.
- Covering out of hours on-call shifts.
Skills required

- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace Administration.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc).
- Knowledge of Atlassian products.
- Interest in automation and removing repetitive tasks from workflows.
- Working knowledge of Network Infrastructure.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as OAuth, OIDC and SAML
- Good Knowledge of Apple MDM e.g. Jamf, kandji, Mosyle etc (we use Kandji)
- Experience of supporting Windows and MacOS end users. (mostly MacOS)
- Experience managing cloud based call centres (ideally Aircall, or alternative transferrable expertise)
- Understanding of current security best practices and how to implement them.
- Experience managing remote BYOD environments with a variety of geographically dispersed sites.
- Experience supporting a remote user base (e.g. with Teamviewer).
- Experience in optimising and automating IT Service Delivery workflows, including integration with HR, Payroll, and other departments as needed.
- Interest in automation and removing repetitive tasks from workflows.
Education
Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Or equivalent work experience within a previous role.
