Roles and Responsibilities:

*Looking for CA with 5+ years of experience.

• Ensures that all transactions are accounted for in accordance.

• Preparing the Financial models to support the sensitivity & scenario analysis, analyzing the KPIs & KRIs, and conducting the benchmarking analysis.

• Preparation of dashboards, pitch decks, board meeting & Investor related presentations.

• Good at data presentation skill and MIS preparation along with proactive analysis.

• ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex financial problems.

• Manage cost center budgeting/forecasting for various functional groups and analyze results on a monthly basis.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide support for M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.

• Ability manages investor query and reporting requirements.

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.

• Experience in a service or fintech organization is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong at MS office (i.e. Excel, ppt, Word etc.), knowledge of tally will be an added advantage.
