Job Summary:

Desi Fresh Foods is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives within the CPG industry. This role will have a strong focus on market analytics, market research, shopper marketing, sales presentation & sell-in support and new product innovation. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to inform key business decisions, support sales growth, and develop compelling marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and in-store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze consumer and sales data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, Numerator) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop fact-based selling stories and executive dashboards to support sales and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Insights to Innovation: Drive market data and consumer based insights towards driving new product pipeline development

Shopper Marketing & Retail Support:

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive conversion.
  • Optimize product placement, visibility, and promotions with sales and retail partners.
  • Assist Sales with retail & customer setup as needed
  • Develop Marketing support materials tailored to retail environments

Performance & Insights:

  • Track sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Measure trade promotions and shopper marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize SEO and Google Analytics to assess digital marketing impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6-8 years of experience in Market Research & consumer insights, Marketing in a similar role within the CPG industry (Food & Beverage experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in POS and panel data analysis (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, Numerator).
  • Market Research and insight driven mindset
  • Proven ability to develop compelling sales presentations that result in new distribution gains and a keen understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations.


We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This role has a pay range of $140,000-$155,000 annually. The pay range provided is an estimated base pay range for this role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location.
