<p><strong>DRI is taking a leading role in the energy transition in Europe.</strong> </p><p>Our mission is to accelerate the reduction in Europe’s reliance on fossil fuels, and we have already established a portfolio of onshore wind and solar projects. At the end of 2023 we finished construction of our first solar park and windfarm, which are now exporting power. </p><p>To have the biggest impact, we target markets that are underserved by capital and renewable expertise, by a team with a long history in successful development and construction of major renewable projects. </p><p>We are now seeking a highly qualified Project Management Officer with a background in working with large projects and multifunctional teams. While experience in Renewables projects is not mandatory, it is considered desirable. </p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong> </p><ul><li>Organize, execute, and document work reports, ensuring control over protocol decisions and monitoring their implementation. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare project information and materials for public meetings and committees. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain the electronic archive for the project. </li></ul><ul><li>Update and control the project implementation schedule, actively communicating with all members of the project team to ensure timely completion of work. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in forming output data for the development of investment models for the project. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate in the creation of the business plan for the project alongside the Project Manager. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain an operational payment plan, with daily updates and monitoring. </li></ul><ul><li>Formulate plan/fact after fact of payments on a monthly basis. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in contract-related activities. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you bring:</strong> </p><ul><li>Higher education in a technical or economic field. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in the implementation of large projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in project initiation and implementation. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in project planning and monitoring. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated skills in calendar planning and constructing a critical path. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle stress, multitask efficiently, and maintain a high degree of responsibility. </li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and a keen sense of responsibility. </li></ul><p>Knowledge of the Polish language is required for projects in Poland. </p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong> </p><ul><li>Exceptional salary and benefits package. </li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development. </li></ul><ul><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Supportive and dynamic company culture. </li></ul><ul><li>Exciting and challenging projects. </li></ul><p></p><p>At DRI, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
