These positions are crucial to our new structure, which focuses on Revenue, Growth & Engagement, and Model Innovation. The Revenue Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow and optimize the member donation funnel. You will own the roadmap for driving incremental revenue growth in this role, leveraging Avaaz’s global reach and impact as well as experimenting on new monetization opportunities.
The Revenue Product team is fundamental to the success of Avaaz - driving initiatives that impact new member conversion, engagement, and revenue. This role will drive new product features as well as optimize existing user flows in collaboration with engineering, design, finance, campaigns, and other stakeholder teams across Avaaz.

Avaaz is a virtual organization, with most of our work done over email, Gdocs, telephone, and Slack. Our staff are based in cities all over the world. For this position, the candidate would ideally be based in the EMEA or Americas time zones, although other locations may be considered.
