We work as trusted partners to vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and leasing companies across the nation, leveraging cutting-edge CRM technologies.</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The Key Account Manager (national role with a focus on SVO conversions) is delivering sales growth and ensuring the successful supply of converted vehicles in key sectors such as motorhomes, refrigerated vehicles, car transporters, and more.</p><p>This role manages a national portfolio of customer records, nurturing customers from initial contact through to vehicle purchase, and ensuring continued engagement for subsequent purchase cycles, especially in relation to vehicle conversion requirements.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Manage and develop strong, long-term partnerships with vehicle converters, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales volume and profit.</li> <li>Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate vehicle supply agreements with both existing and new converters.</li> <li>Leverage your knowledge of Stellantis products and conversions to guide and support converters, ensuring technical validation and quality assurance.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Homologation, Vehicle Programming, and the SVO Conversion Technical Manager, to streamline processes and ensure successful delivery of vehicles.</li> <li>Play a key role in driving Stellantis' growth in the converter market, contributing to overall business objectives and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven track record in automotive fleet sales, ideally within the UK market.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of the vehicle conversion market and technical aspects of vehicle type approval, ideally LCV conversions.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships..</li> <li>Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manipulate data sets and report to key stakeholders.</li> <li>Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Competitive Package:</strong> Attractive salary and bonus structure supported by a comprehensive car scheme.</li> <li><strong>Pension Schemes:</strong> Participate in our industry-standard AEGON pension schemes with matched contributions.</li> <li><strong>Healthcare Access:</strong> Comprehensive healthcare plans through Bupa for peace of mind.</li> <li><strong>Learning Opportunities:</strong> Benefit from continuous learning initiatives and educational bursaries for career progression.</li></ul><p>We foster a culture of continuous improvement and development, encouraging professional growth and learning.
