As the Junior Salesforce Admin at 7shifts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce environment. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations you’ll leverage your expertise to build insightful reports, manage data efficiently, and support cross-functional initiatives. Your innovative problem-solving skills, proficiency with data management tools, and exceptional organizational abilities will drive success and enhance our operations. You will collaborate with teams, facilitate training, and ensure seamless integration of business systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations.

What you’ll do:
- Provide end user support and troubleshoot issues for timely resolution, maintaining smooth operations
- Build reports, dashboards, page layouts, fields, and manage user roles to improve Salesforce efficiency
- Optimize RevOps and Revenue Team processes for data hygiene and integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable data
- Support Salesforce platform and collaborate on projects for continuous system improvements
- Facilitate training, create documentation, and support new processes to boost user engagement and satisfaction
- Integrate business systems and data into Salesforce for seamless operations
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment
What you bring:
- 2+ years of recent Salesforce Admin experience working in Sales Cloud, ideally with or working towards Salesforce certifications
- A proven ability to build insightful reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated skill in using data management tools like Data Loader, ensuring efficient and accurate data handling
- Innovative thinker with a history of supporting initiatives across cross-functional teams, driving success through collaboration
- Proficient with Excel and GSuite, leveraging these tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes
- Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and effectively
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Experience with tools such as Jira to manage work and communicate progress
- Experience with Revenue Team SaaS Tools (E.G. Intercom, Outreach.io, Mixmax, Zendesk, Chili Piper)
- Experience with Salesforce admin tools like LeanData and Cloudingo
