Summary
As a Project Manager on the Workforce Programs & Analytics team, you support bringing the portfolio of Client Retail’s role design initiatives to life.
We are looking for a strategic, detail- and action-oriented individual to support role design initiatives that drive business outcomes, optimize the people experience, and provide job fulfillment for those in role.
Projects will primarily be focused on role design initiatives in Client Retail.
This person will be at the center of highly cross-functional teams across all regions, working closely with People Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, key business stakeholders, and more.

Description
• Partner closely with the People team around the globe to review and assess proposed role changes
• Develop change management plans in collaboration with People and Business partners to launch project initiative, including creating field facing communications
• Drive the management systems for the projects, structuring communication and meeting cadence, managing timelines, owning documentation and record keeping, and driving plans across diverse teams to ensure project success
• Provide clear, concise and appropriate communication to senior management, business partners, and peers across Retail People and wider People teams, escalating issues when necessary and advocating for responsible solutions to project initiatives
• Use data-driven insights - qualitative and quantitative - to inform role design, approach to comms and implementation, and impact measurement
• Support with ongoing communication and review of initiatives
Additional Requirements
• 5+ years project / program management (using traditional or agile methodology) or consulting experience
• Proven success effectively implementing People initiatives, programs, tools, or processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree/certification in Human Resources, Organizational Design or related field preferred •
