Job Description

As an Automation Test Lead/Manager, you will work closely with product teams. Understand functional testing scenarios and identify automation needs. Come up with an automation plan, design the framework. Automation script readiness till CI/CD.

 

Skills and Experience:

• Require an automation test lead with a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience.
• The ideal candidate should have automation skills like Selenium with Python, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS
• Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Katalon, etc.
• Knowledge and hands on CI/CD.
• Excellent experience in developing automation frameworks such as BDD, Data-Driven, Hybrid frameworks using multiple programming languages.
• Good experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
• Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
• Experience in end-to-end project/product management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with dev, QA teams and bridge the communication gaps.
• Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes.
• Willingness to share relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
