Lead Administrator

• RAs a Microsoft SCCM Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
• You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting systems using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to ensure seamless operations.

• SCCM Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and clients.
• Software Distribution: Package and deploy software applications and updates to end-user devices using SCCM.
• Patch Management: Ensure all systems are up-to-date with security patches and updates by managing patch deployment through SCCM.
• Operating System Deployment: Create and manage OS deployment task sequences for automated provisioning of desktops and laptops.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories using SCCM tools.
• Endpoint Protection: Implement and manage endpoint protection policies and configurations.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve SCCM-related issues, including client installation problems and application deployment failures.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor SCCM health and performance, generate reports, and make necessary improvements.
• Policy and Compliance: Create and enforce compliance policies for software and configurations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or similar role.
• Microsoft SCCM certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
