Overview: We seek a highly skilled IT and Network Specialist to join our Optimization team. You will assist our IT/Data team by managing day-to-day technical support. Your role will involve handling software and hardware issues, user account management, network security, and support for our Enterprise department. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-line support for technical issues faced by team members, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Account Management: Manage new team member onboarding by setting up logins, and handle deactivations for resigned or dismissed employees.
• Network Security: Set up and maintain network systems, focusing on Google Workspace security, data protection protocols, and general IT infrastructure.
• ERP Project Support: Assist the development team with setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure required for the ERP system
• Enterprise Team Monitoring: Conduct regular checks on agents' activity
• General IT Maintenance: Implement IT solutions that help improve efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or related roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues across Windows and Mac platforms.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining secure network environments (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, Google Workspace security).
• Familiarity with account management systems and data security protocols.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, especially within cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with monitoring software for workforce productivity is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing technical aspects of ERP software projects.
• Familiarity with AI integration into operational workflows.
• Knowledge of remote work technology and best practices for maintaining a secure virtual environment.
