Warehouse Operator

• Setting up the production floor with drum and tote containers, applying identification labels to container units prior to being filled with product.
• Pulling raw materials, or finished goods for blend operators.
• Forklift operation to transport finished goods to the stock yard for shipping, and loading/unloading drum trucks as needed.
• Hand Unloading of full tractor trailers of Metal 55 Gallon drums is required.
• Will operate a forklift: Yes.
• This position will assist with manual processes, ie. rolling drums, turning valves, using hoses.
• The work environment is outdoors 99% of the time or in an open wall building with very limited protection from the weather and Rain Gear Provided.
• The job is labor intensive and outside in all weather conditions.
• We are looking for responsible individuals that can show up on time and have a desire to work.
• Basic forklift experience is essential, and training / certification will be provided. Training for everything else will be provided.
• This person will be required to learn and work in all positions of the organization, Forklift, Containerization, Chemical Line Break, Blending, Bulk Truck loading and unloading etc.
• We will provide mandatory Online Learning within our Baker Hughes Online modules.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree a plus but not required.
• Someone who has to work 12-hour shifts is preferred.
• Previous Chemical experience/knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Forklift experience is nice to have.
• Knowledge of all safety policies and procedures.
