About the team

The Bureau Team - Bureau provides clients with the intelligence to manage an increasingly complex and modern database.  To effectively engage, communicate and build relationships with a Clients customers through clean, validated data so that organisations gain a competitive advantage and fosters lasting connections with customers.

The role

An experienced, hands on data processor and analyst within a Marketing Services Bureau environment, providing superior levels of services within SLA requirements

What you will do

• SERVICE : Provide a consistent high level of service quality for accuracy and timeliness to SLA targets for all Datacare bureau services – related to data appends, data validation, data analysis, data/database updates and suppression product views/ builds
• QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE - demonstrate the ability to apply rigorous checking and testing disciplines as author and non-author
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT : Propose enhancements/developments to DataCare Bureau Manager to improve service performance and to reduce/remove single points of failure
• TEAM MEMBER : Attend and contribute to 1-2-1 meetings with Manager aiding the improvement of service of the division and the development of your own role. Consistently monitor performance against objectives and discuss progress with your Manager

Requirements

• Experienced in processing, analysis and management of data within a Marketing Services environment to defined processes, procedures and service level agreement (SLA) targets
• Demonstrable self-sufficient management of workloads
• Ability to communicate effectively in a succinct format
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on broad spectrum of tasks concurrently
• Understanding of data matching routines, UK Postal Addressing system, PAF and de-duplication essential
• Knowledge of MSDOS (in particular batch files), MS Access and Excel essential
