Following a recent strategic review, and with a major brand refresh in the pipeline, we are now actively seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to join the leadership team and bring our vision to life.
Position Overview
In this diverse and hands-on role, as Regional Recruitment Manager you will report to the GM and act as the face of Talent Right in the ANZ market. With a high-performing recruitment operations team in place focused on sourcing, screening and shortlisting activities, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

As the business looks to scale up, the Regional Recruitment Manager will be pivotal in achieving Talent Right’s operational and commercial objectives. A generous salary package including profit share is offered, along with hybrid working requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in our new offices in Wyong, on the NSW Central Coast.
