Factory Operative - Spray & Denib

Position: Factory Operative – Spray & Denib (Day Shift, 8 hours)
Salary: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Annual Salary: £23,920 - £27,040
Attendance Bonus: £200 per month (subject to no late or sick days)
Location: Radcliffe, M26.

Hours of Work:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
• Afternoon Shift (later in the year): Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Role: As a Factory Operative in their Spray Paint Department, you'll play a vital role in preparing wooden components for painting and lacquering. Your tasks will include surface preparation, using orbital sanders, applying filler where necessary, and ensuring that every timber component meets their exacting standards. This is a varied role that offers opportunities to develop a range of skills.

• Surface preparation for painting/lacquering
• Using orbital sanders and other tools

Additional Information: While the role will start with day shifts, candidates must be willing to transition to afternoon shifts later in the year and into 2025.
