<h1>About the role</h1><p>The People & Culture trainee will be assisting the People & Culture Team in the daily operations of the department. Collaborating in talent acquisition activities, personell administration tasks, internal communication planning and execution, training preparaiton, employee relations, internal events planning and coordination, and many more exciting projects.</p><p>In this role, you will be part of the weekly People & Culture meetings, well-being committee, People & Culture projects and initiatives, etc. </p><p>You will be like any other memebter of the team, so we expect from you to help us growing by bringing to the table fresh ideas and projects you are passionate about. </p><p>Program length: 6 months to 8 months - Start date: February - March 2025</p><h1>What’s in it for you</h1><ul> <li>You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge in People and Culture management.</li> <li>You will get to know the different areas of the hotel and its People & Culture department.</li> <li>Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. </li> <li>Free meal during working hours.</li> <li>Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month + TIPS</li> </ul><h1>What you need to have</h1><ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management. </li> <li>Fluent in English (B2+ or above) and independent level of Spanish (B2).</li> <li>Passion for people’s deveolpment, good communications skills and outgoing personality. </li> <li>User level of Microsoft Office. </li> <li>Good organization and planning skills. </li> <li>Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.</li> <li>Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Previous hospitality experience is a plus.</li> <li>Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.</li> </ul> •
