Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of email marketing, including strategy development, campaign management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email campaigns, and you will analyze campaign performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience in email campaign management. 

Responsibilities

  • Email Strategy: Plan, create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns that align with business goals, to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Segment and target email lists based on customer behavior and preferences
  • Testing & Optimization: Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance
  • Content Creation and Management: Create and maintain email templates and ensure consistent branding and messaging across campaigns
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend new email strategies and tactics
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing goals and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of email copywriting best practices, basic design principles, and experience working with HTML/CSS for email.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
