As a Senior Product Manager at Alohi, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, you will create and launch innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision
- Create and prioritize product roadmaps, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market insights
- Validate product ideas through market research, customer interviews, and business case development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of product development and launch plans
- Gather and document product requirements, defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the product owner within an agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases
- Conduct QA tests when needed to maintain product quality and reliability
- Work with UX and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Coordinate product launches, including promotional campaigns and support documentation
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development plans
- Communicate product updates and performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B software industry
- Strong technical understanding of software development and agile methodologies
- Analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Customer-centric mindset and experience incorporating customer feedback into product development
