• Worker performs Professional functions as outlined in a service level agreement. Primary Responsibilities:
- Support, develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules for cyber security projects
- Coordinate project teams comprised of IT specialists, cyber security experts, and other relevant staff
- Scope project requirements, deliverables, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate communication between team members and key stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Manage project resources including staff time, hardware/software needs, and budget
- Implement and manage project management controls to track progress and meet deadlines
- Create reports on project status, budgets, risks, and metrics for leadership and stakeholders
Additional Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in cyber security or IT project management
- Expert knowledge of cyber security concepts, technologies, and best practices
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in information security or technology management
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+
- Previous experience managing cyber security programs and initiatives
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
- Budget and resource management skills
IT Project Manager II:
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project.
2. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project.
3. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.
4. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in. •
