This role is to support the Head of Global Packaging, Device and Assembly Operations and his direct reports.

Supporting 6 total

Requirements:
Proficient in software programs (ie. Outlook, Teams, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio), Concur, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machine
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Provides clerical support to three or more department managers, along with their staffs.
Capability to arrange travel (domestic and international) for the Head of the Department and Directors. Also, submit and reconcile expense reports.
Duties may include provide general support to visitors, preparing correspondence/shipping packages, ordering office supplies, write and distribute emails, report and presentation creation, database creation/management, and calendar/email management, coordination of department events (lunches and department meetings).
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Head of Global Packaging, Device and Assembly Operations Previous hi-level secretarial experience is required.
Minimal supervision is provided.

Mon-Fri 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. - 1 hour lunch at 12pm
Mon-Fri 7:30a.m.-4:30p.m. - 1 hour lunch at 12pm
Mon-Fri 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m. - 1 hour lunch at 11am

Will need to be somewhat flexible as Client is a global organization
