Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Business Partnerships, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a key role in supporting Axonify's success by partnering with employees and leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role provides guidance and support on a wide range of People & Culture initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and onboarding. The People & Culture Business Partner will coach employees and leaders, facilitate People & Culture programs, and ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding and offboarding process for employees. This role acts as a champion for Axonify's values, contributing to a culture of engagement and high performance.

The impact you'll have:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with leaders, building trust and credibility across assigned client group(s) 
  • Build strong, effective business relationships with client groups to understand the needs of the team and proactively introduce and implement solutions
  • Facilitate, coach, and provide guidance to assigned client group leaders and employees through the full employment lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, talent development, training and more.
  • Work with the team(s) to enable the effective implementation of People & Culture priorities and client group specific initiatives
  • Provide proactive support to leaders to improve their team performance and manage escalated employee relation concerns.
  • Analyze trend and metrics and bring possible solutions to assigned client group(s)
  • Translate policies and processes for leaders and employees, ensuring smooth communication and compliance across assigned client group(s)
  • Act as a contributor on People & Culture programs by communicating business initiatives and talent-related priorities to Centre of Excellence partners and providing input on program design )
  • Projects as assigned to continue to streamline internal processes and/or drive People & Culture strategies

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years’ previous experience in an HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner role
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; deep listener who can influence without authority
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, scaling SaaS environment
