Kuwait International Laboratory, established in 1999 (LABCO), is the first locally owned, and is accredited by DAkkS Germany. LABCO provides third party quality control and assurance services through scientific analytical data for microbiological and chemical testing, along with, Total Quality Management Services, QMS – Consultations, Training and certifications for all categories of ISO.

 LABCO accreditations and Good Laboratory Practices implementation, ensures that the prescribed process / high quality standards are adhered to for every test conducted, thus minimizing the possibility of errors to deliver near accurate and reliable results.

The role in brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and activities 
• Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales 
• Promote lab services to new and existing clients 
• Maintain positive business and client relationships to prolong customer lifetime value 
• Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction 
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals 
• Stay on top of the Lab services trends to identify potential opportunities for new company growth 
• Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements

Your Qualifications

• Technical background, Chemical Engineer, or biology background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the laboratory industry.

Your Proficiencies

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
