Under general supervision, the People & Organization (Human Resources) Coordinator/ Backlot Admin facilitates critical human resource processes for the Sony Pictures Animation productions and provides assistance to P&O Business Partner. This position performs a wide variety of duties within a framework set by the HR department to include confidential data request, reporting, operational, administrative and project support. This role is a phenomenal opportunity for someone passionate about fostering their HR career and to gain more in-depth knowledge about HR policies and practices in the entertainment industry.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $24/hour - $29/hour. This role qualifies for benefits pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors.
