Stamm Technologies is seeking an entry to mid-level Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. The TAM is responsible for the success of our long-term partnerships by maintaining the daily operational relationship between Stamm and our clients. In this role, you’ll work to keep our clients happy and maintain the profitability of assigned clients, adding to the company's growth.
The TAM is expected to be the in-house expert on his/her client list, developing a thorough understanding of each business’ operational environment, needs, requirements, and how technology supports them. The ideal candidate will be deadline-driven, punctual, and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
