The Territory Account Manager will be based in Plano, TX area and is responsible for managing a set of clients and prospects in Oklahoma area around CyberOne's offerings with cybersecurity technology consultation, contract pricing and renewals, managed detection and response services sales, professional services sales, and risk & compliance consultation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their knowledge to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Become the client and prospect contact as a cybersecurity sales advocate for areas to include, but not limited to, endpoint, network, security operations, vulnerability management, SIEM, incident response, security assessments and testing, threat intelligence, and much more.
- Drive new business sales while managing your sales process from prospecting to close.
- Regularly meet or exceed your quota while helping to and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Deliver dynamic and engaging presentations and product demonstrations via MS Teams and over a web meeting.
- Execute the full sales process by building pipeline through identifying and qualifying opportunities within your territory and negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required.
- Ensure excellent service and support to prospects and customers by creating long-term business relationships.
- Build, maintain, and develop knowledge to become an expert on CyberOne’s solutions and vendors.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and account, and effectively manage your territory.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of related sales experience preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with any technology value added partner company or manufacturer.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Current client and vendor network in Oklahoma.
- Previous sales experience in State, Local, K-12/ISDs, and Higher Ed is a plus.
Certifications Preferred
- · Sales certifications with cybersecurity vendors are a plus, but not required.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous work experience with sales tools that include, but are not limited to, Salesforce.com, MS Office Suite & Teams, OneDrive, and other CRM/Marketing applications.
- Customer Service Skills to foster client relationships and interact in team environment.
- Above average communication skills (verbal and written) including documenting findings and recommendations.
- Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills; can adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Proven excellence in selling IT security solutions to enterprise organizations and running an effective sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders and enterprise sales cycles.
- Successful record of prospecting, engaging, penetrating organizations at multiple levels, and acquiring major/enterprise-level customers.
- Experience with achieving quota attainment in a remote sales position.
- Limited travel may be required to provide support for marketing activities, events, and customer meetings around the territory.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products).
