We are currently looking for window and door installers. We need Candidates that have an eye for detail.

We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced tradesman who can run complicated retrofit and remodel installations for windows and sometimes large and complex patio doors.

We are looking for top notch guys who not only have high experience in installing windows and patio doors, but also have the carpentry skills to make all the trim and everything look very nice on even the most complicated existing homes.

We are looking for a problem-solver who has seen a lot and can figure out complicated problems that are sometimes encountered doing remodels.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading retrofit and remodel window and patio door jobs
• Carpentry skills necessary to trim and finish window and patio door jobs
• Problem-solving experience and expertise to deal with unexpected issues on the job
• Come to work with a "can do " attitude
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a team player
• Organized and ability to follow direction.
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right.
• Must have the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Must be able to work at heights, off of lifts, and off scaffolding.
• Must have a clean driver's license.
• Looking for folks who are eager to work
