Wellth is a fast growing digital health company based in Los Angeles that just raised our Series B from leading investors including SignalFire. We use behavioral economics, habit science, and technology to motivate behavior change in some of the highest need and most underserved populations in the US, drastically changing their health outcomes for the better. We have demonstrated our results with several large health insurers (e.g., cut down hospitalization rates by 44% on behalf of Centene AZ) and now are scaling rapidly (>120% year over year revenue growth). Our goal is not to just be another digital health startup but to be the category leader in improving health outcomes for hard to engage populations.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Wellth is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company. You will play a key role in building the product marketing capability, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define and refine our value proposition, competitive positioning, messaging, and content to reach health plans and organizations who can benefit from Wellth’s offerings. You will also program manage the go-to-market for product launches and partner with our demand gen marketers to connect product launches to integrated campaign strategy.
You’re a seasoned B2B product marketer who brings strategic thinking and can build our product marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of defining messaging and positioning for companies as a PMM leader.
What You'll Do
- Articulate, package, and deliver compelling stories and convincing proof points to drive successful market awareness, pipeline generation, and provider engagement.
- Partner with our Go-To-Market team to define the value story and develop effective product collateral, battle cards, presentations, client case studies, and digital content. Empower Sales and Customer Success to win through effective enablement, sharing ownership in wins and losses.
- Partner with Product in bringing new offerings to market, developing targeted messaging, positioning, and marketing creative informed by product understanding, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive news to identify opportunities for and execute targeted campaigns.
- Participate in our pricing strategy conversations to support revenue growth across product and service offerings for health plan partners.

- Strong writer. You’re comfortable writing content, whether it’s a Shipped launch email, a blog post, copy for a web page, or slide deck content for a strategic meeting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience in a high-growth B2B technology company (healthcare experience a big plus).
- 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience spanning marketing, product marketing, product management, or strategy consulting.

Base Compensation: $150,000 - 180,000K
