Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer – OEM-ME

Eligibility Criteria:

Years of Experience: Graduate: 4-8 Years/Diploma: 8+ Years;
Job Experience: Min 3 years work experience in quality activity in product company
Educational: B.E/B.Tech in Mech/Prod/Industrial Engineering/Aerospace/Automobile/Mechatronics/

Diploma with any of the above discipline
Primary Responsibilities:

Interact with Supplier and Product Engineering to initiate immediate containment solution during US day time
Process Nonconformance both internal and external (NCi & NCe), Problem Report (PR),FAIR approval
Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Specifications to initiate containment.
Coordinate and support for customer hot escalation and factory line down events in US day time
Continuously working on supplier process improvement and developing Best Known Methods (BKMs)

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

Experience in working with suppliers/customer for quality related issues specifically in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer, COTS (Commercial off-the Shelf) parts, Machining(Metal, Plastics)
Hands on experience in Problem solving tools (8D Problem solving, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc)
Knowledge on Mechanical drawings, standards, specifications and electrical schematics, various measurement tools and techniques

Desirable Skill:

Experience in handling suppliers from remote location.
Experience in working with SAP database or Other Database systems.
Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
Experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

**Key Notes:

This role requires to work in Shifts: Shift Time: 9pm – 6am
