Design Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our team at Reform. As a Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and design guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store and online consultations to provide expert advice on kitchen projects, focusing on design, color, and space
• Ensure that every client is treated with respect and receives personalized assistance
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
• Maintain a database of clients and provide top-notch customer service
• Perform daily tasks to keep the showroom in optimal condition

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as a Design Consultant
• Availability to work on weekends
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to understand clients' needs and offer appropriate design solutions
• Physical ability to handle large and heavy merchandise
• Proficiency in computer software including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
