As a customer service representative, you would be an important relationship builder and problem solver, helping ensure our customers' waste and recycling needs are fulfilled. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in inside sales and customer retention, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
We are looking for experienced customer service representatives with a starting wage of $18.57/hour!

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) require
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required
Proven de-escalation skills
Experience in inside sales or equivalent skill set preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills strongly preferred
Bilingual experience a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Accurate typing skills, database entry and legible handwriting
In office position
Good sense of direction, the ability to use mapping software and understanding of geographic locations
