Salary: P40,000-P55,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 1 year experience in managing personal injury claims
  • 3 years' experience in administrative functions
  • Understanding of Contract and Document
  • Experience with Evidence Preparation and Summarization
  • Experience in Scheduling and Calendar Management
  • Experience using a Document Management Software
  • Insurance and Compensation recovery experience

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field
  • Insurance companies experience
  • Law Firm Experience
  • Financial Industry experience
  • 2 years' experience in civil litigation in the Qld jurisdiction

What will you do?

  • Gather, organize, and prepare evidence to support claims and legal proceedings.
  • Prepare concise and clear summaries of evidence for legal and administrative purposes.
  • Engage directly with clients aiding and maintaining high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Assist with the team in filing necessary court documents, communication with beneficiaries and managing probate process.
  • Manage schedules, including court dates, client meetings and deadlines to ensure efficient time management and case progression.
  • Administrative functions.
